Your tasks

You design everyday life, the activation offer as well as the socio-cultural events and carry out the activities
You support and accompany our residents also on excursions
You make your creative contribution to festive or themed internal events
You work interdisciplinarily with all areas in the house

What you bring with you

Ongoing training as an activation specialist
Joy in long-term care and working with elderly people
Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
Teamwork, high resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity as well as a pinch of humor
You are an organizational talent and interested in making everyday life efficient and exciting
