Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for operational IT operations and continuous development of the ICT landscape
Technical and personnel management of the IT team as well as ensuring efficient user support
Support and optimisation of Microsoft 365, server and network infrastructures, as well as ERP applications
Implementation of IT and digitalisation projects in close cooperation with internal departments
Planning and control of IT costs, investments, and joint infrastructure initiatives
Qualifications:
Solid IT education or corresponding practical experience in IT management
At least three years of experience in a comparable role with leadership responsibilities
Broad technical know-how in Microsoft 365, systems engineering, and ERP environments
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage as well as willingness to participate operationally
Service-oriented, communicative personality with very good German and English skills
