To complement our team, we are looking for an

ICT Trainer 80–100 %

You combine modern ICT with vocational training and enjoy accompanying and supporting young people on their way into the working world.

Your tasks

• Training and support of ICT professionals with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Professional and personal guidance of apprentices in everyday work
• Ensuring the internal ICT operations together with the apprentices
• Operation, support and further development of the internal IT infrastructure
• Support and advice for users and customers on IT matters
• Planning and implementation of projects as well as introduction of new technologies
• Collaboration with case management as well as internal and external specialist offices

Your profile

• Qualification as an ICT professional with Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365
• Advantageous: experience with Azure, Intune, SharePoint and Teams
• Interest in AI, automation and digital collaboration
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoy working with people and sharing knowledge
• Experience as a vocational trainer or willingness to develop into this role
