Product Manager (m/f/d)

As a Product Manager, the holistic management of your projects and products is in your hands – from requirements definition to successful implementation. You actively drive topics forward, always keep an overall view, and ensure that all initiatives are successfully completed in line with business goals.

Your responsibilities:

• You act as a central interface between departments and IT, ensuring smooth collaboration
• You take responsibility for defining, prioritising, and implementing requirements as well as for the content management of your projects and products
• You actively drive projects forward and ensure they are implemented purposefully and on schedule
• You analyse requirements, design new product features, and continuously develop existing solutions
• You maintain and prioritise the product backlog while keeping business goals in mind
• You work closely with agile development teams and ensure continuous delivery of added value
• You use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions and validate hypotheses
• You define, monitor, and interpret relevant business KPIs and derive appropriate measures from them

You bring with you:

• You have several years of experience in product management or a comparable role (e.g., product owner or project manager)
• You have practical experience in e-commerce, digital payments, or the banking environment
• You have sound knowledge of the Swiss market, especially in retail and payment infrastructure
• You understand the collaboration between business and IT and can effectively connect both sides
• You demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility and proactively and purposefully drive topics forward
• You are familiar with agile methods and frameworks (e.g., Scrum or comparable)
• You convince with strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
