The Spitäler fmi AG, with over 1,600 employees, includes the two hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the walk-in clinic, as well as various practices.The Senior Park Frutigen of Spitäler fmi AG offers a home to a total of 65 residents in the three residential groups Niesenblick, Elsigblick and Maiensäss, of which 15 places are specifically designated for people with dementia.

Your training
- varied three-year training
- acquiring knowledge about the individual care and support of elderly people
- support with hygiene and personal care as well as shaping the personal daily life of the residents
- carrying out medical nursing tasks, such as measuring blood pressure, preparing and administering medication, blood sugar measurements, injections, etc.
- performing administrative tasks
- close teamwork and regular exchange with the trainer
