Customer Service Advisor (m/f) 100%

You are an upbeat and likeable person who enjoys working with customers and cars. You bring expertise, dynamism, and team spirit and have the desire to make a difference in the automotive industry, so you are almost perfect to strengthen our customer service team.

Your tasks:

• Comprehensive care of customers and their vehicles
• Appointment scheduling, acceptance and handover of customer vehicles
• Sale of services and accessories
• Processing insurance orders, as well as coordinating bodywork and painting work
• Creating and editing customer letters and maintenance contracts
• Maintaining contact with the importer

Our requirements:

• Many years of experience in the automotive industry
• Technical basic training as an automotive specialist or mechatronics technician EFZ is an advantage
• Commercial further training is an advantage, with good IT and social media skills
• Good German skills in spoken and written form and the basics of a second national language
• and/or English
• Flexible and resilient
• You remain calm and maintain an overview in hectic times and are solution-oriented
• Enjoy direct customer contact and have a high service orientation
• Driving licence category B
