Customer Service Representative Construction Machinery (m/f) / 80 - 100% in Volketswil ZH
Your tasks with us
- Second level support for our workshops
- Responsibility for warranty processing
- Independent calculation of special attachments (variants) on our construction machines
- Obtaining quotes from our suppliers
- Creating and updating technical documentation
- Contact with our 13 locations throughout Switzerland (FR-CH and DE-CH) as well as with the group in Germany and Austria
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery, truck or small equipment mechanic, supplemented by commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in the construction machinery industry
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent organisational skills
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- High resilience and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- French, Italian or English skills are an advantage
