Team Leader Picking (m/f/d)

• You lead a team of 10–15 employees and motivate them to give their best every day
• You keep an eye on the order situation and ensure that the right employees are deployed in the right place
• You recognise potential, support your employees and develop them specifically into specialists
• You actively pitch in during daily operations and ensure a smooth process even during high workloads
• Quality controls are part of your daily routine and ensure that the goods meet our quality requirements
• You maintain order in the warehouse and assist where your team needs support

• You have completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ and ideally have experience in picking
• You hold a forklift licence and use it safely in daily work
• You are proficient in German – both spoken and written
• You work reliably, precisely and in a structured manner and quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks
• You remain resilient and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You are flexible and adapt to different working hours
• As a team-oriented personality, you bring initial leadership experience or are eager to take on responsibility
