Technical support and further development of modern workplace, server, and cloud platforms within a hybrid Microsoft system landscape
Responsibility for demanding support and engineering topics around Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and digital workplace services
Analysis of complex system issues and development of sustainable solutions to improve stability, performance, and service quality
Further development and automation of existing IT processes as well as active technical participation in modernisation and digitalisation projects
Qualifications:
IT training with a focus on system technology or equivalent qualification plus several years of experience in the infrastructure environment
Solid Microsoft expertise with Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Azure as well as good knowledge of classic network technologies
Ideally experience with Intune, Entra ID, Endpoint Management, and modern identity solutions
Customer-oriented and responsible team player with strong analytical skills and enjoyment of conceptual and technical tasks
