Architect Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced architect for the independent management of demanding architecture and building construction projects in a national and international environment. You will lead project teams, work closely with management, and combine a high design and conceptual standard with structured project execution. A particular focus is on digital planning with Revit and BIM as well as coordinating all disciplines involved in the planning and construction process. The position is suitable for an experienced individual who wishes to shape architecture from conceptual development to technically precise implementation.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of demanding architecture and building construction projects at home and abroad
Technical and organisational leadership of the internal project team as well as coordination of tasks and resources
Close collaboration with management on essential design, technical, and project strategic decisions
Development and further elaboration of architectural concepts and designs up to implementation-ready planning
Management and coordination of specialist planners, experts, authorities, and other project participants
Responsibility for planning quality, schedule, and cost control
Management of digital project processing with Revit and BIM as well as coordination of the involved specialist models
Execution of BIM coordination, model checks, and planning interface management
Development and quality assurance of project, approval, execution, and detailed planning
Preparation and leadership of project, client, and specialist planner meetings as well as follow-up on project decisions
Ensuring high-quality architectural presentation and project documentation
Coordination of interfaces between design, construction, building services, structural engineering, and execution
Qualifications:
Completed studies in Architecture ETH/FH or comparable recognised higher education
Approximately 5-10 years of professional experience in architecture as well as solid experience in independent project management
Very good knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination as well as confident handling of common CAD and planning programmes
Extensive experience in design, project planning, and constructive implementation of demanding architectural projects
Experience in technical leadership of project teams and coordination of interdisciplinary planning partners
Good knowledge of Swiss planning and construction processes as well as relevant SIA phases
Very good German language skills spoken and written
