Your tasks

As a research specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that lost assets find their way back. You...

• research and analyse complex cases with digital detective skills
• empathetically establish contact with entitled persons (e.g. heirs, authorities, family members)
• communicate efficiently and empathetically – by phone, in writing, digitally
• document your results carefully, transparently, and comprehensibly
• work closely with our team and contribute your own ideas 

What you bring

• Strong curiosity, persistence & self-motivation
• Enjoyment in using digital tools, search engines & social media
• Very good language skills. Required: German, Italian and English
• Communication skills, reliability and a structured way of working
• Experience dealing with authorities or international contacts is a bonus
