The elderly and health care sector includes two modern centers with around 130 residents, a day care center, a home care organization, various housing options for seniors, as well as comprehensive counseling services. In total, around 240 employees are committed to the well-being and care of elderly people in the region.

• Co-responsibility for the professional care and support of the residents.
• Support of nursing professionals in everyday life and ensuring the transfer of essential information as well as correct documentation.

• You are an open-minded and committed person who works independently.
• You have experience in long-term care and dealing with people with dementia.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in palliative care and the RAI/RUG system or are willing to acquire it.
• You have solid PC user skills and very good German language skills (at least B2) in spoken and written form.
• You understand the Swiss German language.
