About the job
In the versatile and responsible role of Assistant to CEO & Executive Management, you support the operational management level in all organisational, coordinative, and administrative matters in day-to-day business. You ensure efficient information flow both internally and externally – including at the level of stakeholders and partners. You are responsible for the creation and quality assurance of invitations, presentations, minutes, reports, and decision-making documents, plan meetings including follow-ups, organise events, and ensure structured management of document filing. Additionally, you act as a hub between the CEO, executive management, department heads, the board of directors, and external stakeholders (municipalities, authorities, partners).
Start date immediate or by arrangement.
How to become part of our team
- You have a commercial basic education; ideally with a qualification as CEO or executive assistant
- You bring several years of experience in a similar role (executive or department management level, ideally in healthcare)
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written; good French and English skills are desirable
- You are very familiar with MS Office, digital tools, and modern communication platforms
- Strong organisational and coordination skills are among your strengths
- You are communicative, confident in style, and present yourself professionally to internal and external stakeholders
- You are characterised by high resilience and flexibility
- You enjoy working in a network and maintain it with our internal and external stakeholders and partners
