Agrisano, a service of the Swiss Farmers' Union, aims to provide ideal insurance coverage for agricultural businesses and the associated individuals. To strengthen our team in claims management, we are looking for a Specialist in Claims Management (80%) with Thirst for Knowledge and Logical Thinking.

You will take professional responsibility for our outpatient claims area and actively shape its procedural development. In doing so, you support our employees with complex claims cases and share responsibility for a high-quality, consistent, and legally compliant claims processing. Through claims analyses and controlling, you create transparency, question existing processes, and derive targeted improvements for our claims procedures. As a link to internal interfaces, you bring the requirements of the claims area into projects and system developments and contribute to viable solutions for claims processing. You create and maintain professional guidelines, coordinate training sessions, and ensure that relevant knowledge in the claims area is sustainably anchored.

We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented personality who thinks analytically and interconnectedly, and understands processes and contexts. You convince through initiative, a sense of responsibility, and an open, reliable manner. You actively shape changes and projects and keep an overview even with demanding topics. After the induction period, you will also have the opportunity to work up to two days a week from home.

You offer us:

• Commercial or paramedical basic training
• Further training in the health or social insurance sector is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of claims assessment in the Swiss healthcare system as well as the relevant legal and tariff bases of TARDOC and outpatient flat rates are not foreign to you
• Interest in process management, digitalisation, and collaboration between the specialist department and IT
