Our local IT team in Basel is part of the global IT structure and supports our over 1300 employees in Switzerland daily with any challenges and disruptions with our IT systems as a trusted point of contact. • Support of our branches in IT and sales-relevant topics
• Installation, maintenance, and support of hardware (e.g., iPads, computers, networks)
• 1st-level support for Windows systems as well as telephone and network infrastructure
• Support and further development of digital applications in the branches
• Close cooperation with branch management and digitalization officers
• Analysis and optimization of processes
• Support in contract management and administrative tasks
• Ensuring the functionality of security and alarm systems
• Documentation of IT systems and processes
• Participation in projects as well as taking on special tasks

• Experience in IT support, especially in 1st-level support
• Good knowledge of Windows, network technology, and MS Office
• Technical understanding and interest in digital solutions
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different teams

• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in optometry is an advantage
