About the job
Chef de Partie m/f - Basel
We are one of the last three "Gasthof Ochsen" in Switzerland with an in-house butcher's shop in
family ownership. "Meat enjoyment with family tradition" is lived daily with us. Our hotel features
35 modern rooms, an à la carte restaurant, our "village terrace" in summer and 2
banquet halls. Our specialties are newly interpreted classics and Butchers Cut. In our
own patisserie, wonderful dessert creations are made. Since 2024, we have been listed with 13 points
at Gault & Millau.

You bring the following:
Completed training as a cook EFZ
Experience in independently managing a station
High quality standards and clean, structured working methods
Resilient, committed and team-oriented personality
German as a mother tongue or very good German skills
