In the growing IV residential group Panoramablick in Wiedlisbach, you will accompany people with multiple intellectual and/or physical impairments in their daily lives and actively contribute to the development and expansion of a lively residential culture, sustainable care standards, and appropriate daily structures.

YOUR TASKS- You take on responsible tasks in the further development of the residential offer and are particularly active in the establishment and further development of daily structures, employment opportunities, and care standards.
- You accompany and support residents in their daily lives in a resource-oriented, appreciative, and professionally sound manner.
- You promote quality of life, self-determination, and social participation according to the individual needs and goals of the residents.
- You take on key worker duties and collaborate with relatives, legal representatives, and specialist agencies.
- You actively support the nursing staff in the care process and undertake basic care activities.
- You plan, coordinate, and document care processes professionally.
- Together with the team, you create a varied and needs-oriented residential daily life.
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH, Social Work Specialist FH, Care Specialist EFZ, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience and enjoyment in supporting people with disabilities.
- Appreciative, resource-oriented attitude and high social competence.
- Independent working style, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
- Experience and enthusiasm for actively shaping structures, processes, and offers.
- Experience with InterRAI is an advantage.
