Your Tasks

• Monitoring of standards and norms: You ensure that our products and materials comply with global regulations as well as specific customer requirements and are a competent contact for internal interfaces
• Identification and assessment of legal and regulatory changes: You define measures to minimise risks and ensure compliance
• Securing market access: You review and certify products, advise in product development and support throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Conducting and coordinating audits: You ensure that internal and external requirements for product and material compliance are demonstrably met
• Conducting training: You inform and train internal stakeholders on current requirements and developments in the area of product and material compliance
• Reviewing regulatory or customer-specific requirements regarding corporate compliance and initiating measures (supply chain responsibility, ethics in the value chain)

Your Profile

• Completed technical education, supplemented by technical or business management further training
• Experience in the field of compliance, ideally in the mechanical engineering or food industry
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of assertiveness
• Professional appearance with persuasiveness and strong communication skills
• Fluent German skills, good English skills (at least B2)
• Knowledge and experience in quality management are an advantage

Your Future Daily Routine

In your role as a Compliance Engineer focusing on product and material compliance, you ensure that our products and materials meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. You monitor standards and norms, assess regulatory changes and derive measures to secure our global market access. You coordinate testing and certification processes as well as internal and external audits to ensure that our products are compliant and internationally marketable. Together with internal and external partners, such as suppliers and certification bodies, you contribute to the development and introduction of new products and accompany their compliance throughout the entire lifecycle. In addition, you take on an advisory role by training and informing employees and project managers on compliance topics. In doing so, you actively contribute to ensuring the high quality standards of our company and strengthening our innovative power on a global level.
