System Controller (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %

Your tasks

• You will get to know the core banking platform Finnova and the connected subsystems in depth and ensure their stable operation.
• You will quickly take responsibility for monitoring and operating business-critical banking applications.
• You will analyse disruptions, coordinate their resolution, and ensure sustainable quality of our system landscape.
• You will accompany releases and changes and collaborate with specialist departments, external partners, and service providers.
• You will support the automation, optimisation, and documentation of operational and support processes.
• Once you are confident in day-to-day operations, you will familiarise yourself with your first Finnova module, which you will later manage independently.

Your experience and personality

• You have completed training or hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• You have already gained experience in application management, system operation, or a comparable IT function.
• You take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and are characterised by a strong quality awareness.
• Even in demanding situations, you remain resilient, keep an overview, and act reliably and with high integrity.
• You are curious and motivated to acquire deep technical and banking expertise over several years.
• You have the potential and motivation to develop long-term into the application manager for business-critical modules of our core banking platform.
