Optimal technical sales support for the assigned field sales staff

These are your tasks
- Optimal technical sales support for the assigned field sales staff
- Complete processing of quotations and order handling
- Oral and written contact with customers and our branches
- Competent advice on all installation-related matters
- Checking offers and orders for technical and commercial accuracy
- Monitoring delivery dates of customer orders
- Compiling technical documentation and materials
What you bring with you
- Technical training as a heating installer, heating or building services planner, sanitary installer or similar - combined with commercial experience
- Good communication skills with internal partners and external customers
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Service-oriented thinking and teamwork
