As a Technical Sales Advisor in internal sales, you are an important interface between our customers and our internal specialist departments. You advise our Swiss and export customers by phone or in writing, answer questions about our products and support our customers in finding the right solution for their requirements.

Technical Sales Advisor Internal Sales

Your main tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for our Swiss and export customers for technical and general concerns
• You advise our customers competently, solution-oriented and courteously by phone and in writing
• You provide technical information about our products, their application and possible uses
• You prepare offers and process customer orders from recording to delivery
• You handle customer concerns, complaints and returns and issue the corresponding credit notes
• You coordinate transports and partially take over the preparation of the necessary export documents
• You ensure correct and complete data maintenance in SAP and CRM
• You actively contribute your ideas and technical understanding to the further development of our internal sales department
• Other interesting and varied activities complete your range of tasks

Your profile:

• You have a commercial or technical basic education or a comparable qualification
• You enjoy telephone customer contact and present yourself competently, friendly and solution-oriented
• You have experience in order processing and telephone/written customer support or are willing to acquire this knowledge
• Very good German skills as well as good oral and written skills in French and English are required
• Good IT user skills in MS Office, Outlook, SAP and CRM complete your profile
• You have a quick grasp, work precisely and structured and keep an overview even with several simultaneous customer enquiries
• You enjoy working in a team, are resilient and take responsibility for your tasks
