Your Tasks
- You contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day.
- You assist with the daily care of our residents according to the kinaesthetic approach and train our apprentices.
- You recognise emergency situations and manage them.
- You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic care documentation.
- You mainly work early and late shifts (no night shifts).
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse HF or FH, AKP, DNII or PsyKP.
- You are motivated and gladly apply your strong professional and social skills in everyday work.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of RAI/RUG and CareCoach.
- Good oral and written German skills (B2).
- Your cheerful nature actively contributes to a workplace culture where residents and staff feel comfortable.
