In this versatile role, you will take on a central role in the pharmaceutical care of customers and actively contribute to ensuring high quality standards. You will work closely with pharmacists, pharmaceutical assistants, and other specialists from the service, compounding, and shipping departments, supporting the continuous development of internal processes.

  Your main tasks

• Expert advice and care for customers regarding medications and health-related questions
• Checking prescriptions and ensuring correct and safe dispensing of medications
• Conducting interaction and plausibility checks according to legal and professional requirements
• Collaboration in the areas of pharmaceutical services, compounding, and shipping
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in daily operations
• Supporting the further development and optimisation of existing processes
• Active cooperation with internal specialist departments to ensure smooth operations

Your profile

• Completed pharmacy degree with valid Swiss professional practice licence (BAB)
• FPH Offizin or FPH further training welcome
• Registration in the Swiss MedReg or possibility of timely registration
• Professional experience in a public pharmacy
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, responsible, and service-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and direct customer contact
• Interest in actively contributing ideas and shaping improvements in the work environment
