Responsibilities
- Operate Edelweiss aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, paying attention to punctuality, economy, and a high quality standard for our guests
- Flight preparation and execution according to Edelweiss guidelines
- Collaboration with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control
- Support the Commander in all matters and act as deputy
- Be familiar with the aircraft systems and act responsibly

Requirements
What you bring:
- ATPL licence (EASA Part-FCL) with valid Airbus Type Rating A320
- At least 1800 flight hours on A320
- Class 1 medical
- Seamlessly documented flying record (current SIM and line checks) and above-average performance profile
- Motivation letter
- Very good language skills in German and English (English skills at level B2 / ICAO Level 4)
- Impeccable reputation, integral, mature and loyal personality with social competence and leadership potential
- Swiss citizen or citizen of EU-27/EFTA states
