Service Coordinator / Dispatcher (a) 100 %

This is your job - your main tasks at Gilgen Logistics AG

• You plan with foresight and coordinate the assignments of our service technicians - whether maintenance, repair or troubleshooting
• You evaluate service reports and turn them into clear structured insights
• You create on-call and deployment plans so that our service teams are always well positioned
• You keep an eye on the agreed reaction times and ensure that we keep our service promise
• If necessary, you conduct customer discussions and find suitable solutions together

These qualifications are important to us

• Technical know-how and organisational talent: Completed basic technical training, complemented by commercial understanding
• Ideally, you already have experience in a comparable role - for example in mechanical or plant engineering
• You have very good German language skills
• You keep an overview even in hectic times, are resilient and independent
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
