Can you handle customers as well as cars?
Because this is not just about taking orders and moving keys from A to B. We are looking for someone who knows what happens under the bonnet but also understands exactly what the customer really wants.
Your area
- You welcome, advise and support customers personally, by phone and digitally
- You receive vehicles and create service and repair orders
- You coordinate appointments and ensure that both customer and workshop always know what is going on
- You explain technical work, repairs and costs clearly and convincingly
- You keep your customers informed about the current status
- You recognise additional service needs and address them with tact
- You are the important interface between customer, workshop and internal departments
- You naturally use digital processes and modern AI tools in your daily work
What you should be capable of
From the profession:
You have training as an automotive specialist EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or a comparable automotive qualification and already have several years of experience in customer service and are familiar with VW and Audi models.
E-mobility? No new territory:
You are familiar with electric vehicles and have a solid understanding of high-voltage technology.
People are your thing:
You approach customers openly, listen and find the right words even when things get a bit complicated.
Stress does not unsettle you:
When the phone rings, the customer is waiting and the workshop has a question at the same time, you keep an overview and remain solution-oriented.
Digitally savvy:
You have no qualms about digital processes, virtual customer communication or new AI applications.
English:
Ideally, you can also communicate confidently in English.
Driving licence:
Category B is naturally present.
