What you will achieve

• You take on production orders according to specifications and set up the machine/plant independently.
• You operate various demanding machines independently or carry out complex, multi-stage manual manufacturing processes.
• You perform technical and mechanical adjustments and modifications on the machines precisely.
• You make simple changes to programmes, actively support troubleshooting, and contribute to the quick resumption of production.
• You coordinate upstream and downstream tasks, take on organisational duties, and ensure the cleaning of your plant area.

What you bring

• Education: No formal training or further education required
• Field: e.g. baker-confectioner, food technologist, plant operator (m/f/d) or vocational certificate EBA, e.g. food practitioner (m/f/d) with solid practical knowledge
• Work experience: Initial professional experience Practical experience in an extended area of responsibility (e.g. product knowledge, plant operation, hygiene and safety regulations)
• Willingness to work a 4-shift system (7 days in a row including weekends)
• Confident understanding of production processes and workflows in a production environment; you recognise connections and act proactively.
• Independent, solution-oriented working style, team spirit and willingness to take responsibility
• German (B2)
