IT Support Specialist / 2nd Level Support (m/f/d) 80-100 %
Your tasks
Processing and resolving complex IT disruptions in 2nd level support (hardware and software)
Analysis and troubleshooting of system, network, and application problems
Support in the administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other systems
Onboarding and offboarding of employees (setting up workstations, user accounts, access rights, etc.)
Close collaboration with 1st level support and escalation management
Documentation of solutions and processes in the ticket system
Participation in IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations
Coordination of external service providers
Your profile
Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT support, especially in 2nd level
Very good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.
Knowledge of network technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPN) is an advantage
Experience with remote support tools and ticket systems (e.g., Jira, TopDesk, Confluence)
Independent, structured working style and high problem-solving competence
Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and service orientation
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
