Your future area of responsibility
- Professional and disciplinary management of the front office team including duty planning, training and staff development
- Active presence in the operational daily business with a warm welcome and professional guest service
- Coordination of all processes in the guest area in close coordination with housekeeping, technical services and reservations
- Responsibility for cash management, billing, accounts receivable management as well as compliance with legal requirements
- Optimisation of reception processes to increase guest satisfaction, efficiency and profitability
- Establishment of a professional flow of information as the central contact person for guests, team and colleagues
- Conducting training and onboarding of new employees to strengthen the team
- Analysis of guest feedback for continuous improvement of the service offer
- Solution-oriented complaint management with sensitivity and focus on the essentials
Your profile
- Completed training in hospitality and comparable professional experience in the front office area, e.g. as Assistant Front Office Manager
- Strong organisational talent with the ability to keep an overview even in dynamic situations
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as common hotel management systems, ideally Fidelio or Opera
- High level of resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team in a fast-paced working environment
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, for professional communication with guests and employees
