Portrait of the School/Institution
We are a rural school near Bern. About 25 teachers teach our young people in nine classes of the secondary level. Seven primary classes are also housed in the same school building. Six special education teachers, one social pedagogue, and one speech therapist work at our schools.

Tasks
This is a temporary position (maternity cover) from about the end of October until July 2026.
You accompany our young people and children on their individual learning path.
You regularly exchange information with the class team.
You maintain contact with the parents of the students you supervise.
Requirements

You are motivated to face challenging situations, recognize the resources of the students, and support them with commitment and enthusiasm. You are courageous, like to take unconventional paths sometimes, and enjoy the progress of the children and young people. Parental work is naturally part of our work; we recognize its great value and highly appreciate the exchange.
A person with experience in the special education field would be desirable.
