Your tasks

• Project management (including BIM), project control
• Feasibility studies, design, project planning in all SIA phases
• Coordination of processes and team
• Scheduling
• Cost calculation, cost controlling
• Leading meetings (client, specialist planners, authorities, contractors, internal), including minute-taking
• Tenders, offer comparisons, award proposals, contracts for work
• Support construction management/site supervision (cost calculation, site supervision, inspections, warranty work)
