Your tasks
- Taking over and processing SME openings from the digital onboarding process in the Service Centre
- Handling administrative tasks: opening capital deposit accounts, opening business relationships for SMEs, processing written enquiries and orders, including handling customer-related pending matters and conducting clarifications in telephone customer contact.
What you bring
- Commercial basic training, preferably banking training (e.g. CYP)
- Professional experience along the entire SME process (end-to-end)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OR, VSB, AIA / FATCA)
- Analytical skills, effective working style, high self-motivation & customer orientation
- Affinity for digital channels is an advantage
- Team player with very good communication skills in German and French mandatory; further foreign language skills are an advantage.
