To strengthen our "Customer Service" department, we are looking for a:

Spare Parts Specialist

Your mission and challenges:

Thanks to your technical skills and sense of service, you support our customers in finding solutions tailored to their needs. As a true link between customers and our various internal departments, you directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of installations worldwide.

• Analyse customer requests to identify the necessary spare parts, using plans, bills of materials, technical diagrams and existing documentation
• Provide technical recommendations adapted to the intervention context or the customer's machine situation
• Work closely with our after-sales service, production and R&D teams to effectively respond to the most complex requests
• Participate in the improvement and management of technical data related to spare parts
• Prepare and follow up on commercial offers and order confirmations
• Organise shipments within Switzerland and internationally

Your background and skills:

• You have proven experience in a similar role within an industrial environment
• You are fluent in French or German with good knowledge of the other language, as well as a good foundation in English. Regular communication in these three languages will be part of your daily routine.
• Holder of a technical CFC, you have a good understanding of machine tools and their operation
• You appreciate both the technical aspects and the commercial and administrative activities related to customer and order follow-up
• You stand out for your ability to work under deadline pressure and resourcefulness is your greatest asset
• Good interpersonal skills are essential for this role, where you will regularly interact with various contacts, both internally and externally
• You are proficient in the MS Office suite and have knowledge of using an ERP system
• Customer- and solution-oriented, you are proactive and organised in your work
