Your tasks

• You support the chief physician of obstetrics in administrative and organisational matters and proactively coordinate his agenda and appointments.
• You organise internal and external specialist events, prepare meetings, and take minutes.
• You support projects and coordinate the associated administrative tasks.
• You work closely with the chief physician secretariat team in the Department of Women and Children and deputise for your team members during holiday absences.

Your profile

• You have professional experience in a comparable assistant role or in a chief physician secretariat and handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly.
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, confidently set priorities, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You communicate empathetically and appropriately for the audience, enjoy working with people, and contribute actively to the team.
• You have very good user knowledge of common Office programmes and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
• You write correspondence with style in German and remain calm and professional even in challenging situations. English skills are an advantage.
