Do you aspire to be part of a high performing Analytics and Transformation team within a global Compliance organisation at the forefront of the wealth management industry? In this diverse role you will shape the responsible development and implementation of AI initiatives, perform business analysis, lead development of AI governance framework and change management initiatives. Working alongside Compliance, Risk, Analytics and Legal SMEs in highly skilled, fast-paced teams you will drive business value through collaboratively solving complex problems.

Conduct in-depth risk assessments for AI/ML systems across the lifecycle, evaluating technical and non-technical risks

Support the design and implementation of enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks, including technical policies, standards, control mechanisms, and best practices aligned with international guidelines (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)

Monitor developments in global AI regulation and standards, interpreting legal and compliance obligations into operational and technical requirements

Work collaboratively with internal technical stakeholders, including data scientists, ML engineers, product owners, and IT security teams, to integrate governance checks into development workflows and processes

Develop and deliver practical training sessions and workshops to raise awareness on responsible AI usage, targeting both technical teams and business units

Implement monitoring and auditing capabilities to ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and external regulatory expectations

Translate complex AI governance concepts into accessible messaging for non-technical audiences while maintaining rigorous technical depth when engaging with developers and data teams
YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, Business Engineering, Finance, Law, or a related discipline

Up to 6 years of professional experience, ideally within banking or financial services, with demonstrated exposure to Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, or Technology Governance

Solid technical foundation in AI/ML and architecture concepts: familiarity with supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering, and MLOps principles

Hands-on experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI project lifecycles

Proven proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and MS Office suite, particularly advanced use of PowerPoint for executive reporting and Excel for risk modelling or data review

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying systemic risks and proposing scalable technical and procedural mitigating measures

Knowledge of key AI regulatory landscapes, including the EU AI Act and emerging Swiss and global standards

Understanding of data governance, privacy-by-design, and model risk management principles; prior involvement in AI pilot projects or model reviews is highly advantageous

Exposure to or experience with responsible AI toolkits

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with both technical experts and senior business stakeholders

Strong project management acumen, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision

Fluency in English (corporate language); German language skills are a distinct advantage given regional operations
