About the job

Due to an upcoming maternity leave, we are looking to strengthen our team. Our wish: start at 100% until June 2027, afterwards you determine your working hours yourself between 80% and 100%.

What you will achieve with us

• You ensure correct and complete invoicing (inpatient and outpatient) within the framework of applicable laws and regulations as well as agreements and contracts
• You are the contact point for internal professional groups regarding questions about the correct application of inpatient and outpatient tariff structures
• You support service providers with questions about service recording and parameterisation of the recording software IBI-care
• You process rejections and complaints and handle written and oral enquiries from cost bearers as well as from patients
• You independently manage the dunning process
• You perform other administrative tasks

• With your sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, especially the various tariff systems and billing rules (DRG, TARPSY, ST Reha, TARDOC)
• With your entrepreneurial and cross-departmental thinking and acting (interdisciplinary collaboration)
• With your good MS Office skills, SAP IS-H is an advantage
• With your independent, conscientious and resilient nature
• With your team spirit as well as your efficient and solution-oriented working style
