Operational Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You schedule materials and monitor their availability for production.
You manage suppliers in day-to-day business and further develop existing business relationships.
You compare quotations in terms of price, conditions, and delivery times.
You track orders until timely delivery.
You coordinate import processing with internal and external parties.
You keep article, supplier, and procurement data up to date in the ERP system.
You check and manage quality documents such as specifications and certificates.
You collaborate with various departments on product evaluations and purchasing projects.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience in operational purchasing or supply chain management.
You have experience with international suppliers and procurement processes.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is part of your profile.
You are confident in negotiations and communicate clearly.
You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a strong quality awareness.
You have very good German skills and good professional-level English.
