Allrounder Cinema and Projection (m/f/d)

for shifts during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays on an hourly wage basis. Employment is on call - currently there are no fixed shifts.
After the training phase, you will be able to provide your active support in the cinema according to the deployment plan.

• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of all cinema, projection and building technology systems (including alarm system)
• Ensuring image, sound, lighting, climate and screen content quality in all auditoriums
• Detecting and resolving faults in the audio and projection systems
• Friendly and competent guest care and advice
• Admission control as well as sale of tickets, vouchers and various kiosk items in the cinema
• Responsibility for the cash register and ensuring correct accounting
• Ensuring compliance with service standards and hygiene guidelines
• Cleaning tasks in the cinema area
• Training and supporting our new employees
• Operational preparation, setup and execution of events
• Ensuring proper handling, control and management of film and event content (DCP, keys, playlists)
• Technical support for events and ensuring smooth operation in the areas of audio, lighting, projection, presentation technology and media playback

• You have experience in the service sector and bring understanding and interest in technical processes
• We serve our guests 7 days a week, so we expect your willingness for evening and weekend shifts and you are ready to step in flexibly if needed
• Taking responsibility and an organised way of working are natural for you
• You remain calm and act proactively in hectic situations
• You are communicative and communicate fluently in German; additional languages are an advantage
• You enjoy working in a team, share your knowledge proactively and show active helpfulness
• With your cheerful and open manner, you inspire our guests and convince them again and again with your recommendations
• We can rely on your independent and service-oriented way of working
