As part of a replacement, we are looking for a motivated individual in Lausanne from 1 January 2027 as Client Servicing & Sales Support.

Your tasks

• Active support of Client Relationship Managers regarding customer enquiries (e.g. RfPs, RfIs), customer onboarding and reporting
• Internal coordination in cross-departmental projects
• Participation in presentations, market analysis and projects
• Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
• Support of the Head Client Relationship Management & Marketing in strategic market and customer analyses
• Close collaboration with Investment, Marketing & Operations

 Our requirements

• Completed basic training
• Initial experience in the financial environment (e.g. RfPs, CRM, reporting)
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel), Salesforce (or other CRM system), databases / data warehouse
• French as mother tongue, fluent English skills in spoken and written form as well as good German skills
• Enjoyment of customer contact and structured, reliable working
