Construction Supervisor Roads and Civil Engineering

These tasks will inspire you

• Management and organisation of interesting construction sites until handover
• Planning of personnel deployment and staff management
• Responsible for the costs, deadlines, and quality of the projects
• Negotiations with clients and architects
• Deployment and scheduling of vehicles, machines, and equipment
• Ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Timely preparation of measurements for interim and final billing
• Contact person for clients, subcontractors, and authorities

These skills will impress us

• Completed training in the construction sector with further education as a construction supervisor or engineer (FH/ETH)
• Proven professional competencies as a construction supervisor
• High social competence and ability to work in a team
• Committed, motivated, and resilient personality
• Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• High sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of common construction software and experience in BIM is an advantage
