- Planning and conducting changing leisure activities and educational offers (also weekends and evenings)
- Implementing prescribed workflows in the areas of accommodation care, clothing supply, catering, and household chores. Supporting structuring and shaping everyday life and joint activities such as housekeeping, leisure activities, learning
- Intervening in crisis situations, managing conflicts, and supporting in difficult situations
- Organizing, planning, and carrying out administrative tasks. Creating reports, maintaining files, and ensuring the flow of information
- Active collaboration with all involved parties in the BAZ and other partner organizations. Participating in regular team meetings
- Conducting regular individual conversations
Requirements
- Completed training in social pedagogy / social work (FH or HF)
- Practical experience in the field of child and youth care (at least 6 months full-time)
- Teamwork skills, high social competence, and sense of responsibility
- Calmness in dealing with difficult situations and openness to different cultures
- Organizational talent and planning skills
- Strong empathy
- Initiative and personal responsibility
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
