As the Bethesda Diaconate Foundation, we are committed to being there for people. With the Bethesda Retirement Centres and the Bethesda Hospital, we are engaged in two core areas. The foundation's tasks include, among other things, the development and sustainable management of real estate. It is also responsible for ensuring the infrastructural operation of the entire organisation.
Real Estate Management Clerk (m/f/d) - 40 - 60%
As a member of our team, you will support the real estate department in the economical and sustainable management of our residential, office and commercial properties. In addition, you will take on tasks in the initial letting and management of our new construction project "Wohnpark Bethesda Campus".
Your main tasks
- Supporting real estate management in the care of own rental properties
- Processing tenant enquiries, correspondence and incoming terminations
- Supporting rental processes and the initial letting of new buildings as well as creating and managing tenancy agreements and addenda according to specifications
- Organising and conducting property viewings, apartment inspections and handovers
- Coordinating craftsmen and service providers
- Issuing and monitoring maintenance and repair orders
- Assisting with insurance cases in cooperation with accounting
- General administrative tasks
Your skills
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ
- Professional experience in real estate management
- Further training as a real estate management clerk or in planning is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with real estate management software (ImmoTop2)
- Organisational skills and structured working method
- Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Independent and responsible working style
- Teamwork and socially competent interaction
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage
