Field Sales Representative (m/f/d)
Region Basel or Bern
Starting immediately Region Basel/ Aargau or Region Bern/ Solothurn/ Fribourg


YOUR MISSION

- Care and responsibility for your own customer base from the areas of Retail & Convenience as well as beverage trade & Away From Home
- Active identification and acquisition of new customers in the Away From Home sector as well as expansion of the existing customer portfolio
- Building close and authentic customer relationships
- Advising customers through regular visits on various sales measures and individual
- sales promotion activities to generate mutual growth
- Ensuring the availability of our products as well as optimal product presentation
- Planning and implementation of regional individual and creative sales promotion measures within the area
- Independent analyses based on defined KPIs to track the success and development of the customer base
- Implementation of sales strategies and concepts in your region in close exchange with Key Account Management


YOUR SKILLS

- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in economics
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge in the FMCG sector
- Initiative and motivation to further develop the sales area through new customers
- High result and customer orientation as well as a structured and independent working style
- Passion & enjoyment of sales
- Convincing personality and a pronounced sales talent
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of MS Office products
- Driving licence class B
