We are looking for you as a Specialist Market Control to ensure orderly trading at SIX Swiss Exchange.

We are looking for a personality with experience in the financial services environment/stock exchange/trading with self-motivation as well as flexible thinking and acting skills (ongoing trading and late/evening shifts).

These are your tasks

Control of trading periods and interruption of trading to ensure fair and orderly trading
Preparation of mistrade decisions, including calculation of prices and deviations
Adjustment of trading parameters in special market situations
Communication and issuing instructions to participants in special situations
Active monitoring of exchange operations and provision of a telephone helpdesk.

What you bring with you

A completed degree in finance, economics or a comparable field
Several years of experience in stock exchange trading or analysis, ideally in Switzerland
Sound knowledge of the Swiss financial markets and their regulatory requirements
Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex market information
Team spirit, initiative and a high degree of responsibility
Fluent German and English skills, French skills are a plus.
