- Leadership of the central HR function as well as functional management of the seven local HR heads
- Support of transformations, restructurings and organisational developments
- Responsibility for executive recruiting, talent management, succession planning and leadership development
- Management of international HR, digitalisation and process projects
- Further development of HR controlling, KPI reporting, HR dashboards as well as compensation & benefits
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in human resources, business administration, business law or comparable qualification
- Several years of HR leadership experience in an international industrial or manufacturing company
- Experience in managing decentralised and international HR structures
- Solid practical experience in transformation, restructuring and organisational development
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, digital HR solutions and modern HR processes
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and implementation-strong personality with fluent German and English
Do you want to shape HR globally, but at the same time stay close to the locations and operational implementation? Then we look forward to hearing from you.
