Architect / Execution Planning & BIM (m/f/d)
Role:
Do you want to independently further develop demanding architectural projects and accompany them through to realisation? In this position, you take responsibility in execution planning and work with experienced project partners on diverse construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of execution projects
Development of practical and constructive solutions
Implementation of planning content in Revit
Creation of working, detail, and execution documents
Coordination with clients, specialist planners, and authorities
Participation in the implementation of BIM-based planning processes
Use and further development of digital ICT tools
Accompanying projects from planning to execution
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in execution planning
Experience with construction projects in Switzerland
Confident use of Revit
Basic knowledge of BIM
Technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital planning processes
Confident manner and very good German language skills
High degree of independence, reliability, and sense of responsibility
Commitment and enjoyment of teamwork
