Process Manager: Energy Communities

With new models that promote sustainable and local energy production, we support the energy transition. With associations for self-consumption (ZEV, vZEV) and local electricity communities (LEG), more and more people share the electricity they produce themselves. This requires processes that work reliably from establishment to billing. To ensure that the processes are handled seamlessly and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved, we need you to hold the topic together across departments and prepare for increasing demand.

What to expect

A key role with creative freedom in a young, rapidly growing field. You have a lot of personal responsibility and can see directly the impact of your work.

• Responsibility for processes around energy communities: from inquiry, establishment, changes, billing to dissolution.
• Development, documentation and ongoing improvement of processes, including key figures such as throughput times and quality
• Central internal contact person between customer service, metering technology, billing and stakeholders
• Point of contact and coordination for complex issues of energy communities and bringing key people together
• Participation in projects and ensuring the operationalisation of new processes
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing their impact

• Curiosity & willingness to shape: new topics in the energy sector - especially in the context of the energy transition - excite you
• You easily create clarity in an environment where not everything is defined yet, can handle uncertainties well and organise yourself independently
• Confident use of common systems for data analysis and process design, enthusiasm for digital solutions and ideally experience with SAP IS-U
• You think from a customer perspective and work methodically, analytically and conceptually; complex contexts arouse your curiosity
• You enjoy being the hub, bringing different departments together and have assertiveness
• You have extensive experience analysing processes in complex environments, transparently presenting, simplifying and sustainably developing them as well as ensuring their smooth operation
• You know the regulatory framework for electricity producers and energy communities such as ZEV, vZEV and LEG or have a strong willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with the topic
