GZM Extraktionswerk AG, a company of the Centravo Group, acts as a service provider for the Swiss meat industry, handling the disposal of animal by-products of category K-1. This creates an essential prerequisite for a regulated meat supply in Switzerland. Additionally, GZM fulfils a service contract for the disposal of public animal carcass collection points from eleven cantons and the disposal of large animals in agriculture from five cantons. This also includes epidemic preparedness in the event of animal disease outbreaks.

To strengthen our team at the Lyss location, we are looking for a flexible and resilient

• Continuous monitoring of the production process such as raw material transport / sterilisation / drying / pressing and grinding plant for utilisation and optimisation in consultation with the shift supervisor
• Independent start-up, monitoring and shutdown of production plants according to the shift supervisor's instructions at the 3 production workstations
• Controlling and regulating the plants via plant controls and process control system
• Carrying out regular cleaning tasks
• Ensuring the operational readiness of the plants for the start of production
• Checking the end products for quality and requirement profiles
• Checking the production plants for functionality

• Completed vocational training in a technical field
• Good technical understanding and innovative thinking
• Several years of experience working with production plants
• Independent and responsible working style
• Good German language skills (at least level B1)
