Building and optimising a scalable data infrastructure in the Microsoft cloud environment.
Establishing reproducible infrastructure and delivery processes using Infrastructure as Code and version control.
Designing and scaling data streams, analytical products, and technical foundations for intelligent applications.
Transferring experimental models and analytical methods into robust, maintainable production environments.
Translating business needs into viable services and continuously improving availability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in data engineering, cloud operations, platform engineering, or a related field.
Confident handling of Azure services, Databricks, Spark, Python, and relational query languages.
Practical knowledge of automated infrastructure, software deployment, and DevOps-oriented workflows.
Understanding of modern data architectures as well as analytics, ML, and GenAI lifecycles.
Analytical, self-organised personality with a strong service orientation and very good German and English skills.
