The Geneva Foundation for Sociocultural Animation is a partner institution, funded by the Canton and municipalities, whose mission is to promote and maintain social cohesion in the canton of Geneva, that is to ensure the quality of the relationship between individuals and society. Through socio-educational, sociocultural and associative field actions carried out by centres and outreach teams, the Foundation meets the population's needs in terms of meeting, exchange, solidarity, citizenship, quality of life, with the general aim of preventing social exclusion.
A vacancy is open at the FASe General Secretariat for a 100% absence and social insurance manager position within the HR department.
Job Description
- Managing the entire maternity and other parent leave process, military service (APG)
- Managing pensions, AVS bridging pensions and deferrals (interviews and support)
- Participating in CPEG training seminars
- Managing and monitoring sickness and accident declarations in collaboration with Zurich, OCAS, the AI Office and the State Personnel Office
- Collaborating with Zurich's case manager for professional reintegration
- Managing end of entitlement, handling complex situations, interviews and support during professional transition in collaboration with the HR Director (unemployment, AI, other assignments)
- Managing and monitoring daily allowances in collaboration with the finance department
Qualifications
- You hold a commercial employee CFC and/or a maturity certificate or any other equivalent qualification, complemented by the HR manager certificate (HRSE)
- You have proven experience in absence and social insurance management
- Reliable, rigorous, precise, flexible, you know how to plan and organise your missions and tasks to deliver quality services within expected deadlines, as well as demonstrate proactivity
- You are comfortable with numbers and have a good analytical mind
- With proven interpersonal skills, you communicate clearly both in writing and orally, showing the necessary empathy
- Your team spirit combined with your ability to manage priorities allows you to contribute to a good working atmosphere
- You have excellent command of common office tools, and have already worked with specific time management software and HRIS data entry (Tipee and Adequasys an asset)
- Your actions and attitude embody the values of FASe and the expected level of ethics, confidentiality and fairness within the Human Resources Directorate
